Fishing instruction is provided for kids. Learn about native fish and their importance to the food web. Local anglers provide fishing tips and proper etiquette stressing safety, and catch and release techniques. All equipment is provided by the Illinois Department of Natural Resources and local contributors.

 

You are to release anything you catch as we want the fish population in the pond to be maintained for the health of the park.​​
